DMCA Policy

SeyTech Designs ("we," "us," or "our") honors the intellectual property of others and urges our users to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we promptly address claims of copyright violation occurring through our services, provided such claims are submitted to our Designated Copyright Agent, as outlined in the sample notice below.

If you are the copyright holder, someone authorized to act on their behalf, or hold any exclusive rights under copyright, please report any alleged copyright infringements occurring on or through our website (referred to as the "Site") by filling out the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receiving a Notice as specified below, we will take appropriate actions at our sole discretion, which may include the removal of the contested content from the Site.

• 1. Specify the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed, or if multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list of such works.
• 2. Identify the material or link that you assert is infringing (or associated with infringing activity) and which needs to be disabled, including, at a minimum, the URL of the link displayed on the Site or the exact location of the said material.
• 3. Include your company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and, if available, email address.
• 4. Incorporate both of the following declarations in the body of the Notice:
• * "I affirm that I possess a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law (such as fair use)."
• * "I certify that the information provided in this Notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner or an exclusive right privileged under copyright that is being infringed."
• 5. Provide your complete legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to legal liability.

If you believe that your content that was taken down (or access to which was disabled) is not infringing, or that you possess permission from the copyright owner, the owner's agent, or under law to use and display the content, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Details of the content that has been removed or that access has been turned off, along with the location where it appeared prior to removal or disabling;
• 3. A declaration that you have a good faith belief that the removal or disabling of the content was due to a mistake or misidentification; and
• 4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, as well as a statement consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles and to accept service of process from the individual who submitted the original infringement notification.

Upon receipt of a counter-notice, our Designated Copyright Agent may forward a copy of it to the original complainant, informing them that we may reinstate the removed content or cease its disabling within 10 business days. If the copyright holder does not file a court action against the content provider or user, the removed content may be restored, or access to it reinstated within 10 to 14 business days or longer at our discretion.

In line with the DMCA and other applicable regulations, we have established a policy of terminating users who are considered repeat infringers under suitable circumstances and at our discretion. We may also limit access to the Site and/or terminate accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is a pattern of infringement.
